Last Updated: February 25, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the https://premiersolarct.com website or engaging Premier Solar CT for services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or approving an estimate for service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services & Estimates

  • Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation (e.g., roof condition, electrical panel capacity, shading). We will always seek approval before performing additional work.
  • Access: You agree to provide our team with safe and clear access to the property to perform the requested services.
  • Scheduling: We strive to adhere to scheduled service windows but cannot guarantee specific times due to weather, permitting delays, or job complexity.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required for solar installation projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation and successful system activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Cash, and Online Payments. Financing options are available.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

4. Warranties and Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 25-year warranty on workmanship for solar panel installations. Manufacturer warranties on panels and inverters vary by product (typically 25 years for panels, 12-25 years for inverters). This does not cover damage caused by "Acts of God" (hurricanes, storms, falling trees) or unauthorized modifications.
  • Limitation of Liability: Premier Solar CT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to energy production shortfalls caused by weather conditions or utility grid issues.

5. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after permitting has been submitted may be subject to a cancellation fee. Projects with custom-ordered equipment may require compensation for non-refundable materials.

6. Communications

You agree to receive automated notifications (SMS/Email) regarding your project status. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
